- Visit the official page of Tnreginet.
- On the homepage, on the right side of the page, you will see the login section.
- Use your login username and password to log in.

- First of all, Go to the official portal of Tnreginet using the link. https://tnreginet.gov.in/
- Navigate your cursor to the Registration and select the User Registration from the list.
- It will redirect you to the registration application page.
- Type Username, Password, and enter your personal details.
- Attach the required documents to the application form.
- Enter the captcha in the given field.
- Verify your mobile number via OTP.
- Click on the Complete Recording button.

Step by step to get Encumbrance Certificate in Tamil Nadu State
- Go to the Tnreginet portal on your device.
- If you register to the portal then login directly.
- If don’t then register for an account.
- Go to the Encumbrance certificate option.
- Click on the Apply button.
- Fill the application with your personal details.
- Attach the required documents.
- Click on the Submit button.
- Take a print of the certificate if needed.
Process to Check TN Encumbrance Certificate
- Open the portal of Tnreginet ec.
- Navigate to the E-services option and select the Encumbrance Certificate from the list.
- Click on View Encumbrance Certificate option.
- On the next page, you need to select EC.
- Enter your district, Sub-registration office, EC start date, Village, and Survey Number.
- Type the captcha code correctly in the given box.
- Click on the search button.
Process to Search Birth and Death of the Person in Tamil Nadu
- Go to the Tnreginet of government of Tamil Nadu portal.
- Click on ‘More’ located on the menu.
- Navigate to search option to open the drop-down menu.
- Select ‘Birth and Death’ option from the list.
- Choose search type to Birth or Spouse.
- Enter the certificate number, Child Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and captcha code.
