Through this portal, the people in the TN state can use the government services without visiting offices. The user can only access all services once they logged into their account. In this article, we will show you all the processes related to the Tnreginet portal.

Tnreginet. gov. in Login Process

1. Visit the official page of Tnreginet.
2. On the homepage, on the right side of the page, you will see the login section.
3. Use your login username and password to log in.
4. Enter security code in the given field.
5. Once again check your login credentials.
6. Click on the Login button.

Tnreginet net Registration Process

1. First of all, Go to the official portal of Tnreginet using the link. https://tnreginet.gov.in/
2. Navigate your cursor to the Registration and select the User Registration from the list.
3. It will redirect you to the registration application page.
4. Type Username, Password, and enter your personal details.
5. Attach the required documents to the application form.
6. Enter the captcha in the given field.
7. Verify your mobile number via OTP.
8. Click on the Complete Recording button.

Know Your Jurisdiction Process

1. Open the Tnreginet portal on your browser.
2. In the middle of the homepage, you can see the Know your jurisdiction section.
3. Type the street name or the name of the village.
4. Click on the Submit button.

Process to Apply for TN Encumbrance Certificate

Step by step to get Encumbrance Certificate in Tamil Nadu State

1. Go to the Tnreginet portal on your device.
2. If you register to the portal then login directly.
3. If don’t then register for an account.
4. Go to the Encumbrance certificate option.
5. Click on the Apply button.
6. Fill the application with your personal details.
7. Attach the required documents.
8. Click on the Submit button.
9. Take a print of the certificate if needed.

Process to Check TN Encumbrance Certificate

1. Open the portal of Tnreginet ec.
2. Navigate to the E-services option and select the Encumbrance Certificate from the list.
3. Click on View Encumbrance Certificate option.
4. On the next page, you need to select EC.
5. Enter your district, Sub-registration office, EC start date, Village, and Survey Number.
6. Type the captcha code correctly in the given box.
7. Click on the search button.

Process to Search Birth and Death of the Person in Tamil Nadu

1. Go to the Tnreginet of government of Tamil Nadu portal.
2. Click on ‘More’ located on the menu.
3. Navigate to search option to open the drop-down menu.
4. Select ‘Birth and Death’ option from the list.
5. Choose search type to Birth or Spouse.
6. Enter the certificate number, Child Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and captcha code.
7. Click on the search button.
