Eligibility for PM Ujjwala Yojana

• To benefit from this scheme, you must be a woman from India.
• You need to belong to the Economically Weaker Section.
• You should be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Only those with BPL cards can apply.
• You should not already have an LPG connection.

PM Free Gas Connection Apply

The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, initiated this scheme. It is exclusively for women from economically disadvantaged families. You will receive a free LPG gas cylinder through this scheme. Online application is available. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Only women from economically weaker sections can apply. Having a bank account is mandatory. The government will directly transfer funds to your bank account for purchasing gas. If you have a 5 Kg gas cylinder, you will receive 8 cylinders within 3 months. One gas cylinder will be provided free of cost to the beneficiary every month. The second cylinder installment will be sent 15 days after paying for the first cylinder. Even if you live on rent and don’t have a residence certificate, you can still receive gas cylinders under this scheme.

To view the new BPL list in Ujjwala Yojana 2024, follow these steps:

1. Access the online portal dedicated to this list.
2. On the home page, locate and select the name of your gas provider.
3. On the next page, look for the option related to Ujjwala beneficiaries and click on it.
4. A new page will appear, presenting various options.
5. Select your state and district from the provided choices.
6. Fill in the captcha code as requested.
7. Once you have filled in the captcha, click on the submit button.
8. The BPL list will then be displayed on your screen.
