- Visit the official website of the Agriculture Department Bihar. Upon reaching the website, the homepage will appear.

- On the new page, select the appropriate option based on whether you are a farmer or representing a farmer’s group. Then enter your farmer’s registration number. The application form for Jal Jeevan Hariyali will then be displayed on your computer screen.
