- Navigate to the ‘Getting/Renewal of Ration Cards’ section located on the left side of the home page.
- Choose Form II from the page that appears to initiate your ration card application.
- Download the application form available in both English and Hindi languages.
- Carefully fill in all the required fields in the downloaded application form.
- Submit the filled application form to the respective authorities based on your location:
- For rural areas, submit it to the Panchayat Secretary or Sahayak.
- For urban areas, submit it to the Food and Supplies Officer or Inspector.

- After submitting the application form, you will receive a receipt indicating the date for collecting the ration card.

- On the home page, locate and click on the FPS (Fair Price Shop) ration chart.
- Choose “Partition card wise out” from the options.
- After clicking the tab, you will be redirected to the next page.
- Select your district and block on the following page before clicking the search button. The search process will initiate.
- The list of Fair Price Stores (FPS) and their respective owners’ names will be displayed.
- Click on the corresponding FPSID number that belongs to you on this page.
- Upon opening the ration card, you will find all the details, including ID, ration card number, and Head of Family (HOF).
