CM Window Complaint Haryana portal was launched by the Chief Minister of State. The main objective of the portal is to provide the rights to citizens to make grievance if corruption or any problems with the government. This brings the transparency and can interact with the citizens directly. This will also helps the government to know the common problems of the citizens of state.

In this article, we will show you how to track complaint status, register grievance, application form and login process.

How to Check CM Window Haryana Complaint Status

1. First of all, visit the official website of the CM Window Haryana.
2. On the home page, click on the Track Grievance tab.
3. Now, you need to enter the details of the complaint.
4. Enter the Registration Number of the complaint.
5. Also, type the mobile number.
6. Now, type the captcha as shown in image.
7. Click on the Submit button.
8. Next, you will see the complaint status on your screen.

How to Register Grievance on CM Window Portal?

1. First of all, Go to the official website of the CM Window Portal.
2. Now, Click on the application form to lodge your complaint.
3. Download Grievance Registration form through following link. https://cmharyanacell.nic.in/CM-window-nri.docx
4. You also need download macro enabled registration form from following. https://cmharyanacell.nic.in/CM-window-form-NRIs.docm
5. Fill in the information which is mentioned in the registration form.
6. Also, generate single pdf file i.e. 1mb size maximum of your grievance registration also
   • Copy of foreign passport
   • Copy of person of Indian overseas
   • Copy of overseas Indian card
7. Send this pdf file through email to cmgrievances-hry@nic.in

How to Login to Haryana Window Portal?

1. First, visit the CM Window Haryana portal.
2. https://cmharyanacell.nic.in/
3. Click on the User Login option.
4. Enter your details i.e., User ID and Password.

4. Also, type the captcha code.
5. Finally, click on the Login button.
6. Once you login, you can check the status of your grievance.

Use Haryana Window Mobile App to check the complaint status

1. On your phone, open the Google Play store.
2. Search for “CM Window Haryana” app.
3. Now, press the “Install” button.
4. After that, open the application.
5. Open the CM Window App once it has been installed on your phone.
6. To track or to check the grievance/ complaint status, enter the complaint registration number in the application.
7. Then, press search button. Now, you can see the status of the complaint.
