Karnataka Janasevaka Service Procedure for Seat Reservation through Call Center

  • Dial the toll-free number 080 55 55 to contact the call center and make a service request.
  • The call center manager will provide detailed information about the service, including required documents and service cost.
  • Upon confirmation, the desired seat is reserved based on availability. An OTP is sent to the citizen’s registered mobile number, which must be shared with Jana Sevaka during the service.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, a designated Jana Sevaka will be assigned to provide the service at the chosen location. The Jana Sevaka will visit the citizen’s home on the scheduled date and time. After sharing the OTP, the Jana Sevaka will assist in filling the service request and collect all necessary documents.
  • The Jana Sevaka will collect the required service fee and departmental fee for availing the service.
  • After completing the process, the citizen will receive a text message confirmation on their registered mobile number.
  • Once the concerned department processes the application, the Jana Sevaka will deliver the certificate, NOC, permit, etc., to the citizen’s home.
